The food was really bad.
“Disgusting and distasteful”
The place was dull and the lift didn’t work. The staff seemed oddly self‑absorbed and not particularly helpful. The room was in decent condition, but because we arrived late they gave us a room that had been used the night before, complete with balloons everywhere and a strong smoke smell. We were told the hotel was full even though it wasn’t, and the staff were lazy about cleaning another room. Don’t waste your time booking this hotel.
The stay was very good and the AC and TV were working well.
When I got to the front desk, the guy told me no rooms were available and suggested I stay at his friend’s Lodge, just 2 m away, but when I checked I found it was actually 1.5 km away. Even though it was late at night I didn’t look elsewhere. I caught a taxi for 100 rs and ended up paying 1100 Rs for the worst room I’ve ever had—an absolute nightmare.
