“Gute Lage, guter Preis”

The staff were very friendly and helpful; dropping off luggage early in the morning was no problem, early check‑in an hour before and keeping luggage after checkout worked smoothly. The rooms are small like in the photos, but all essentials are there and it was very clean. The nearest U‑bahn station is just a 7‑minute walk, giving quick access to the city centre and a quick transfer to two other lines. The walls between rooms were thin and we could hear the neighbours loading their luggage; they were also quite loud.

The staff were friendly, but the air conditioning didn’t cool at night and one bath towel had stains.

The air conditioning worked, but condensation on the walls made the room feel moldy; the cold was so strong it didn’t dry laundry and left a smell. Corridor lights flickered or were off, giving a creepy vibe. The room wasn’t sound‑proof; we could hear neighbours all the way to 2 a.m. Security felt weak and the key was broken. Cleaning staff entered without permission. No safe, so valuables had to be carried. At checkout a taxi was called but cost twice the expected price; the driver apparently intentionally went to the wrong destination we had told the hotel. I would not recommend this location to women; the atmosphere was unsettling and it’s safer to choose another area. I will never stay here again.
