Nulla! Pessima soluzione. Situazione pessima in generale. Accoglienza assente. Persona scorretta e pulizia assente. Colazione inesistente nonostante fosse indicato nella prenotazione. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere le asciugamani perché ce n’è stata fornita solo una a persona per tutti e 2 i giorni. Servizio di telecamera non segnalato e quindi, non sappiamo se il materiale è stato in qualche modo, divulgato, andando a ledere la nostra privacy. e il proprietario ci controllava costantemente per ogni movimento, scrivendo sul telefono o chiamandoci. Il router che era per tutti gli ospiti, era situato nella nostra camera e quindi, accesso alla camera senza discrezione da parte del proprietario! Pulizia assente! Letti scomodi! Fatiscente!

The experience was terrible: upon arrival there was no one to greet us, even though I had specified my arrival time during booking. The host forced us to contact him via WhatsApp to send a video showing how to enter the apartment through a kitchen balcony door left open. The video showed how to access the booked room and, to our surprise, how to reach the bathroom, which, although private, was outside the room and not mentioned in the description. Later the host called us insistently about the tourist tax and sent a lady we were supposed to give the money to. In her presence we complained because the room was filthy, dusty, and unclean. We then cleaned the room ourselves using the vacuum cleaner in the premises, because underneath the bed was disgusting. The vacuum was very dirty and not working properly, which we showed to the lady. She just said it was broken and left without caring at all that the room was dirty, without asking for our documents, which is punishable because she took the tourist tax without registering us properly. It is impossible to register a guest if you don't ask for the document. Even the sheets and towels had a bad smell, were wrinkled, and we doubt they were changed. The host then sent another WhatsApp message saying we shouldn't close the kitchen balcony door because it is the common access for all guests. We returned at 2 am and found it closed. We tried calling him but he didn't answer, so we knocked until another guest opened it. That other guest was also annoyed, because the description on the booking platform did not match what we found at all.
