Treebo moved my reservation to a different hotel, so I couldn't check in, and they still haven't refunded my money; reaching their support is also very hard.

I told the staff to clean and change the towels 2 days as i was staying for 5 days. they just cleaned the room then they left without changing the towels or the bed sheets. Both days i have asked them to change but they not did. Then the breakfast was not making there. Overall the food is not tasty all these 5 days. And the Tea and coffee was very bad. Overall the breakfast is not good

I didn't take breakfast. The staff was poorly trained; a man who was a sweeper, security guard, and housekeeper opened our room while we were still inside to see if we had checked out, which is a serious security breach. Our belongings were left exposed, and this unauthorized entry was unacceptable.
