“I enjoyed it I felt safe and comfortable and well definitely come back again.”

Everyone was awesome, friendly, kind, and offered top service except for the check‑in man. When I arrived to check in, a young gentleman was at the desk, looking annoyed because he had to leave his video on his phone to process me. I greeted him, but he didn’t respond; I asked how his day was, and he abruptly told me it sucks. I don’t think he’s fit for any customer service job because he kept watching his video while I handed over my credit card and never said “enjoy your day.” I told him to have a better day. It’s sad that this person was chosen for that position. Everyone else at the desk over the next three days was very kind and behaved appropriately for a Hilton front desk. I hope that young tall gentleman was just covering for someone on October 1st at 10:00 am.

“front desk very rude no friendly at all bad experience”

Parking costs $40.00 per night, and there’s no security if you leave the car and return late. No valet parking means you must wait for someone to come, which isn’t a nice area for a woman to be in a car for 15–20 minutes waiting for a valet.
