Clean, new. If you want to position yourself as a hotel, you need to do this immediately: phones for contacting reception (now it's inexpensive and not difficult), record car numbers for parking (this is the responsibility for parking). Otherwise everything is fine.

Liked almost everything – a new mini hotel, fresh renovation, furniture, linen, comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Good price‑quality ratio. Wanted more organized parking spots near the hotel. It's clear everyone parks as they wish, but from the administration side they could mark spots. Maybe they just haven't done it yet.

The spot is great, but there’s no breakfast, no bedside tables, no chairs, no bathrobes, no phone to reach reception, no shoe sponge, and no earplugs.
