The welcome, the explanation of amenities and hotel hours, the clean and quiet pool, the scent everywhere, the warm greeting with coffee, the shower head, and the water at a perfect temperature were all good. On the day we arrived we went out to eat, but it was raining and they didn’t allow our transport to pass so we had to walk to the entrance; we didn’t walk far and had no luggage, but it’s important for people with other difficulties.

The breakfast was good and the location excellent, but I had to book a taxi myself after the person who was supposed to pick me up said the reservation was not made; we ended up paying for the taxi on our own.
