The hotel looked modern and the breakfast options were good, with friendly staff and comfy beds; however, our room faced a fire escape, the windows were filthy, and it was a 15‑minute walk to the metro and everything else.

The location was super convenient—walking distance to Nanjing Museum, City Wall, and Ming Palace, plenty of restaurants nearby, and close to train stations; the room was great and the staff and service were excellent.
