The spot was great, and I appreciated the non‑carpeted floors. Unfortunately, there was no soap for hand washing or showering, the baseboards were grimy, and the door was filthy.

The breakfast was fine, but the room suffered from poor lighting, unclean bathroom walls, a broken shower dispenser, a need for cleaning and repainting, and no side‑hotel lighting.

The bathroom hosted a cockroach and a few other bugs; the door was hard to open and close, getting stuck frequently.

The location was decent, yet the shower leaked, the bathroom door was warped and stuck, and the AC worked only partially.

The staff were wonderful, and I actually spoke with real people; there were no virtual contacts to talk with. I will never use it again or recommend it. The property needs a makeover, which I understand is planned.
