Everything was great, especially the staff—girls like Oksana, Larisa, and Vasilinka are super helpful and make you feel at home; I’ll definitely return to M. Tyachiv and stay at the wonderful “SERPANO” hotel again, thank you!

The place was clean and spacious, well‑located, and the staff were friendly, but one downside was that the room had no sockets except for the fridge and TV, so you had to unplug something to charge your phone.

The location and linens were good, but the balcony faced the wall of the neighboring building and the shower cabin was slightly tilted.
