Tout. Rien9
The staff were courteous and the mattress pleasantly firm. Breakfast was not very varied, and the cleanliness was not exceptional. For a three‑star, I expected a minibar in the room.
We stayed at Hotel Carino for our son's basketball tournament and it proved to be a solid base. The parking was convenient both in front and behind the building. The breakfast, however, fell short – the brioche were dry even though the hotel had a public bar attached.
“Super”
It was great. Nothing else.
“Ottima posizione e hotel pulitissimo”
Our room was spotlessly clean, newly renovated, and everything worked perfectly. We asked for a fridge and it was provided without any hassle; the bar and on‑site restaurant service were excellent. The location is ideal, next to all the main amenities. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The bed was great, with a nice high topper, the automatic blinds were very comfortable, the balcony offered a beautiful view, and the cleaning service was quick and excellent. The only suggestion is to broaden the breakfast selection a bit to make the morning bar service truly perfect.
