The service was fantastic, with Ameesha, Poojani, and Lakshan being very helpful. The Tonic Spa was amazing, and I felt so relieved afterward.

The location is very good, the room is spacious, and breakfast is fine. Front desk staff Ms. Poojani and Ammesha are welcoming, and the in‑house spa therapist Ms. NIN Nin deserves a special mention for an excellent massage—every guest should try it. The rooms are very spacious but all the beds face west and get extremely hot, so you can’t stay in the afternoon. The room needs more AC units or increased power; this should be fixed.

The location is great with a view of the Sri Lankan coast, a view I’ve enjoyed since 2016 on multiple visits. The whole hotel needs a bit of renovation to add modern basics; the room we stayed in had no square‑pin charging points, only one that was for the TV, so we always had to unplug the TV to charge our devices.
