Castello Beach Hotel

The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are very friendly. It’s well located for visiting Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio, and close to the airport. You should know that there isn’t really a beach. Dinner service gets slow when it’s busy. Reception lacks information. They didn’t tell us that the guided tours of the Finds Ferdinand were only available Monday to Friday, and we were there on a Sunday. Likewise, they don’t realize that Cousin Island is closed on weekends.

Everyone is lovely. The food is good. The pool is nice. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is good.

I really like the location and the big room. The beach is nice and the swimming pool is good. I don’t like the price for water in the restaurant, it’s too expensive at 60 roopy for a bottle, and the food service is slow. We had to wait too long before we could start eating.

“Der Aufenthalt war fuer uns aussergewoehlich schoen”

The junior suite spanned two floors and was very spacious, the hotel’s location was good and the staff were exceptionally friendly; the manager and team did everything they could when asked. The pool was large and clean. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, and the amenity kit was missing basics like a shower cap.
