The room was clean, Wi‑Fi was very good, central heating worked well during the night and early morning, communication with the host was excellent and detailed, he was always ready to help and clearly passionate about his business; the breakfast offered nearby was great value, with generous portions of pastries, cheese, spinach and meat.

The owner was very friendly, which makes me almost regret giving a bad rating, but the cleanliness was really poor – the bathroom was especially dirty and the room itself wasn’t properly cleaned.

Good location, big room, good kitchen, but the check‑in instructions weren’t sent early enough and no internet was available upon arrival – I’ve had this before.

Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem jak i check-in.

The location wasn’t too far from home and the kitchen had tea and coffee. But for those staying, the house was split into three rooms, and the air‑conditioner in the room we used didn’t work, which was listed as broken. We were left disappointed, had to pay 200 yen for a bag‑storage fee, and the host made us think twice about staying again.
