The location is excellent and the staff very friendly, so I’ll return; however, I would have liked more Bündner specialties at dinner, and the food felt a bit extravagant. Morning filter coffee doesn’t meet my needs; a self‑service coffee machine would be better, as in many hotels.

I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel sits in a prime spot in Samnaun, which was perfect for us with our small dog. The breakfast was plentiful and many items were made fresh on request.

The food offered something for every palate, and the selection was sensational and above average. Everything else—hotel, surroundings, weather—was just fine; we found nothing better than this accommodation.

The rooms were nice with a large bathroom, but you can't refill the coffee in the room.

The location is central, the rooms are comfortable and welcoming in a mountain style, the breakfast is rich and of good quality, and the staff are very courteous. We didn't use the common facilities (spa), so I can't comment on those.
