The room was clean, the bathroom was decent, the air conditioning worked, the TV selection was good, and the staff listened. The elevator was very cramped, there were no coffee or tea pods even though a kettle was available, the fridge was empty, and there were no bottled water.

The location was good, but the price for the service was high.

It was very clean, there was an elevator, check‑in was quick, and the room was tiny but acceptable. The problem was that it was over 48 °C (118 °F) in my room with no fan or AC, it was on the top floor and just baking, and the window could only open about 6 inches. I was constantly drenched in sweat, sometimes feeling dizzy, and had to check out early because I couldn’t stay there or sleep; the hotel offered no partial refund for a room that caused heat‑stroke, and every time I mentioned it they just shrugged.

The location was good, but the bedding needed to be changed and cleanliness was borderline.
