“Comfortable, clean, cosy hotel”
Most of the staff spoke English and German, so there were no communication problems. The sauna reached a very good high temperature, and the area was very quiet with great relaxation loungers. Our superior double room was spacious, comfortable, and had a terrace. The shower was large. The breakfast was very good and varied, and dinner at the Winstube was absolutely delicious food, with a knowledgeable sommelier. There was plenty of free parking just outside the hotel. The jacuzzi and pool were rather cold, but the pool/jacuzzi area is lovely; it's a pity it isn't heated. Small issues like the phone in the room not working and my mattress visibly sinking in the middle gave me an uncomfortable night. It’s a shame, because the peace and tranquility of the area should allow for a great night's sleep. My husband slept like a rock; his mattress was fine.
