The overall vibe and cleanliness were good, and the sofa was cozy for relaxing. The bed was large and very comfortable. On the downside, the shower water pressure was very weak, and the luggage space was tight—having two carry‑cases was a hassle, especially since there were no foldable options. The slippers were thin and a bit disappointing for the price. I also noticed a few guests who seemed a bit uneasy about safety. The built‑in coffee machine charged 100 yen per cup, which felt a bit odd.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were professional and always helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Sapporo while still being quiet and relaxing. I didn’t have any significant issues during my stay; everything was well organized and met my expectations.
