The room was spotless, comfortable, and suited our needs, yet the air conditioning fluctuated between too hot and too cold, and the duvet was too heavy to sleep under.

The room layout, bed with overhead lights, and seating area were good, but we encountered a missing personal item, and the staff initially refused to help, insisting we wait until tomorrow for the lost‑and‑found; the response felt unhelpful and not local.

The hotel itself is clean, but the whirlpool was out of service.

The location is good and the place is clean, yet the hot tub was empty and the pull‑out bed was very small.
