Nothing good We couldn’t stay overnight because after booking through the app I sent a message asking about parking availability and never got a real reply; I arrived in Mérida, went straight to the hotel, and the front desk was empty. I called, said good evening repeatedly—almost shouting—and no one answered. I waited there and nothing happened. I left, got back to my car, waited about 20 minutes, and my husband went back to ask again about the reservation and parking, and still no one was at the desk, and he shouted almost as well. We had made phone calls before and still no one answered. I wish they cared more about guest service, because canceling the reservation cost me $1000.00, which I asked to be waived as a free cancellation, but to this day nobody has even seen my request. That was for a Saturday night to Sunday morning stay. 0/10 recommendation

The only thing that makes it worth it is the location 😒😎 It doesn’t match the photos you see when you book, it’s old, smells damp, looks very neglected, litter and trash are visible, walls are unpainted, and there’s a ridiculous rule you have to sign as if you were in a 5‑star hotel 🌟
