The property was spotless and in a great spot. Everything we needed was there. The breakfast hamper and fridge supplies were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Kathy, our host, went above and beyond to help us. I’ll definitely recommend this place to family visiting the area. We loved everything about our stay.

I stayed at this place and it was absolutely stunning – spacious, modern, and very homely. The continental breakfast was lovely, and they added extras like two bottles of Jura single malt scotch whisky, a bottle of Prosecco, and some nice treats. The location is great; the X18 bus stop is just a 5‑minute walk away and takes you straight into Edinburgh, which was perfect because we were there to see Bon Jovi at Murrayfield. Kathy, the host, was lovely and catered to all our needs. I definitely want to book again so we can explore more of Edinburgh. Thank you. I can’t think of anything negative – it felt like a home from home.

The rooms were lovely, and the library was a nice touch. Kathy went the extra mile, preparing a delicious continental‑style breakfast, and overall it was a great stay.

The host was very kind and careful. The apartment was large, had two restrooms, and a nook to eat. The bus stop to go to Edinburgh was very near.
