The place is close to what I needed, yet it felt more like a rental apartment than a hotel; every door was locked, even the lobby, making us feel like prisoners; the coffee machine was broken, replaced by an old‑style percolator, and there were no extra comforts unless we paid for more rooms nearby, which we would have avoided.

The staff were very nice and helpful, yet my room was right next to the elevator, so I could hear everything, and a constant crying at about 2 am kept me from sleeping through the night.

Everyone was friendly and the room was well equipped, but the elevator was a bit slow at times.

Convenient location, but the front desk clerk with long black hair, garish winged eyes and heavy makeup was rude and condescending. She didn’t explain that when you book on their website you’re only reserving a room, not being charged yet, and kept insisting “you’re not getting it, you don’t understand.” I left the room, returned, and heard her mock my complaints during an increasingly loud and confusing exchange. After telling people behind the barrier that “she doesn’t get it!!,” she finally told me to call someone, and her supervisor, who was nice, clarified that I hadn’t been charged online. I apologized repeatedly, but she just folded her arms, gave me a side eye, and said nothing until I left. She should invest in communication and customer‑service training instead of makeup. Linen and towel exchanges were only possible between 5‑9 pm, but all other staff—maids, security, etc.—were kind and personable. The room had only two basic utensils, no dish soap, and I was told to use the dishwasher with just one packet at a time, which felt very limited for the two plates and forks I had. Cleaning was scheduled every two weeks for long stays, but there was no cleaning spray or paper towels, just a broom to borrow. With all the dogs around, hairballs even appeared in the hallway.
