The price is low, the place is clean, the owners are kind, and it’s close to the station; overall we’re very satisfied. We were able to check‑in early in the morning and check‑out late at night for a small extra fee. The room only has a fan, but that’s enough in Sapa; there’s a bit of mold. If I were to stay in Sapa again, I’d choose this place.

The host is excellent, the room is fantastic, very respectful and polite, and I would highly recommend it.

The room was nice and clean, with a TV and wardrobe, a great shower and bathroom, friendly staff, and it’s within walking distance to the centre. The scooter rental was also well organised, which was great. The address on the booking was wrong, so we had trouble finding it at 2 am. The bed was a bit hard and the room was a little damp.

Quiet and comfortable. The only downside is that you have to walk up the stairs.
