I liked the clean bed, but the sheets, pillowcase, blanket, and room itself were dirty.
“Amazing Staff, Great location”
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room to a room 401 on the 4th floor, as I needed a desk for working and we stayed quite long, this room was much better then our original room 201 on the 2nd floor. The hotel is located on a busy street with cars 24 hours a day, amazing locations for markets and food etc but perhaps not the easiest location for a peaceful nights sleep without the use of earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall it was a great stay in a great hotel with amazing staff, will stay again
The room was big enough and close to Chiang Mai market; I paid 300 THB for one day, which felt like good value. The downside was that the room had no window facing outside, so the air didn’t circulate.

I absolutely love the location, and the staff are wonderful. It really feels like a home away from home. Complimentary unlimited bottled water is provided. My only issue was that the bathroom had a bad smell during my stay. Overall, it is still a lovely place!
The place is well‑located and the rooms are spacious, but the breakfast was disappointing and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. I also found the stairs uncomfortable for carrying luggage up and down.
