Clean. The double‑layered beds were a drawback.

Very clean and very friendly, a family‑like atmosphere. Good food and safe. The beds were very hard.

I booked at 4000 tenge through Booking, but they demanded 5000 tenge when I arrived. Booking said they had no involvement. The rooms were cramped, no wardrobe, and the amenities listed on Booking were missing. They forced us to pay, spoke harshly and shouted at us, and when we asked for a refund we left. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a terrible place through Booking. Shame.
