The staff and the building look really nice and beautiful, but there are no soundproof doors so you can hear everything all night, and behind our room was a chicken coop.

Everything was wonderful, the room was spotless, the staff were very kind, and the view was superb.

The front desk was eager to help me plan and book a ring‑tour and snorkeling trip; the hotel’s location is excellent, the room faces Mount Agung with a great view, lying on the hotel beach while watching the sea and volcano is very relaxing, and the room is equipped with snorkeling gear so you can dive straight out and see huge stretches of coral, but be careful about the wind and waves and wear a life jacket. The facilities are somewhat old, there is no clear signage at the entrance, and the car that was supposed to take us to the hotel drove us to another place with a different name nearby.
