The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but the toilet had no water for flushing and the whole room was infested with cockroaches. Breakfast was limited to only South Indian dishes, and the complimentary water bottle was only half full. Billing took an unusually long time to complete.

“Very Disappointed – Avoid if You Expect Basic Standards”

The room was a decent size, though they called it a Suite for reasons I couldn’t understand; the location was great. I was extremely disappointed and would advise avoiding this place if you expect basic standards. I booked my room 10 days ahead but didn’t receive it until after 9 PM, even though I arrived at 7 PM and the check‑in time was 2 PM. When I pointed out that there were empty rooms, the staff denied me a room, saying they were reserved for guests arriving the next day—who likely booked just a day earlier. This shows a total disregard for customers. The toilets were in terrible condition, resembling public restrooms: dirty, old, constantly overflowing, with no sign of cleaning or maintenance. The reception staff were untrained, insensitive, and utterly unprofessional. On Sunday, breakfast was not a buffet; when we ordered, it arrived 1.5 hours later, cold, and not what we asked for. Overall, the hotel lacks professionalism, hygiene, and customer service, and is definitely not worth the money or frustration. I would not recommend it.
