The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, but it wasn’t the one advertised or booked; it was in a different location, close to the one shown in the pictures. There was no one at reception in the place I had booked, so I was left outside the hotel unable to get in. The contact number on the door wasn’t answered. Eventually my friend, who had already checked in, found me and took me to the door of the hotel we had been booked into. The room was a plain white box, not the decorated room pictured in the images.

The chaos made it impossible to sleep, and we even had a break‑in attempt in our room. The owners gave us no help and refused to refund us.

The host answered quickly and the rooms were spacious, but the Wi‑Fi stopped working. One rainy day we were stuck inside, and the kitchen was under‑equipped. The TVs were just decorative, the bathrooms were only semi‑acceptable, and there were minor maintenance issues with the doors and the toilet that moved a lot.
