Atmosphere. Cleanliness. Location to BP Pulse. It was a bit tense trying to get our dinner in time. We booked for 5.15 pm, but were still anxious because the service was a little slow. Perhaps knowing that there is a show that a huge amount of people will be attending, it might be an idea to give allocated times for dinner - ie 5.15, 5.30 etc so that the kitchen can get the orders out in a timely manner. It felt rushed to eat our dinner because of the wait. Staff did their best, but I would have liked dinner to have been a more relaxed experience
