“Sencillo pero muy agradable y cómodo”
The common areas were spacious, quiet, and the staff were all very friendly and generous, but there was no place to hang clothes.
It was a lovely experience; the owner was always attentive, the house was very comfortable and well‑located for various spots, the view was unbeatable, the silence was perfect for rest, and the skies were vast—highly recommended.
Great price‑to‑value ratio.

La Cholita María quickly won our hearts; communication with the owner Victoria was clear and prompt, and Beatriz, who greeted us so warmly, felt like a mother in Humahuaca—she made sure we had everything we needed, gave us excellent directions to the buses, suggested remises, and even looked after our luggage. The staff truly embody the warm humanity of the north. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, and there were pleasant lounge areas as well as a well‑stocked breakfast kitchen. I have no complaints; the only thing to note is that the hotel isn’t right in the center, but a remis costs $3,000 ARS and a bus runs every half hour for $1,000 ARS, which isn’t a problem if you have your own transport.
