There was no physical staff for check‑in; when booking and paying, we were never told that we needed to register with documents before arrival to get a code and then use our phone to access the hotel and the room. Arriving late after a 1000 km drive and not being able to access the room was not very pleasant, and there was nothing to make a coffee in the morning…
