The room was clean for the most part. The floor was sandy but it is a beach inn. Nice size refrigerator. Cincy on amenities. You get what you pay for. Check in was friendly and informative and welcoming! Good location. Worked for my needs. This property needs a major update. Yet was comfortable

Bathroom was nicely updated, good location. Cleanliness was subpar, shower had not been cleaned. The walls had old shampoo residue on them. There was a thick layer of what looked like a science experiment in the coffee maker. There was a resident raccoon that appeared to be being fed cat food in direct proximity to the seating area outside of my room

Cómodo buena ubicación. La piscina el agua no tan limpia

It was worth the price, as expected for a place like this; the staff were friendly, the pool was nice, the AC worked well, there were no living bugs—only a dead one under the bed, which is normal in Florida.

The location was good and the front‑desk staff were sweet, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the TV was broken, the bathtub was black and dirty, the toilet paper was low, a door led to the next room with just a simple lock that felt sketchy, and the room smelled of moss and mildew.
