The service was amazing and communication with the owner was excellent. She let us stay a little past check‑out because we had to head to the airport later. The bed was very uncomfortable, other guests didn’t respect the quiet hours—one person knocked on the door at 7 am, a family with a child made too much noise, and our electric blinds were broken, letting in too much light and noise at night. It happened over the weekend, so nothing could be fixed until Monday, and I’m light‑sensitive so I couldn’t sleep well.
