The food was great, and you could sunbathe or hop into the pool while the monkeys joined in for a laugh; the staff were super attentive and the breakfast, included in the price, was lovely. Nothing to complain about.

The place is in the middle of Ubud, surrounded by greenery, a calm vibe, a pleasant pool, and very friendly staff; the monkeys roaming nearby added a unique charm. We were a bit surprised to have to pay for a broken glass 😅, but otherwise the stay was very successful.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Ubud, close to the Monkey Forest and a hundred cafés and restaurants; the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and motorbike rentals are a breeze. Parking is easy to find, and the pool is nice. However, the beds, linens, and towels need updating, and every bathroom could use a renovation.

The location was spot‑on and the value was excellent. Just be careful of the aggressive monkeys.
