The outdoor pool is definitely pretty but crowded. The overall structure is very welcoming and quiet. The location is peaceful and the reception staff are excellent. The conditions of the so‑called SPA and the gym are not up to the level this place aims for. The SPA is really sparse, poorly maintained, and the jacuzzi doesn’t work. No robes or extra towels are provided on site. The gym is tiny and equipped with old equipment. The service during breakfast is decidedly poor, untimely and approximate. Overall it’s a property frequented by older tourists (nothing bad) and the services are tailored to that demographic.

The whole property was impeccably maintained and easy to navigate, and we really appreciated how quiet it was. The location near the sea and the restaurants was excellent.

Location, cleanliness, and the staff’s courtesy were all great. The only downside was that a shuttle to Ciutadella would have been handy for the evening.

“Nos encantó!”

We loved it; both the service and the friendliness of the staff stood out, and the food was spectacular! Honestly, we’d definitely come back. Perfect! The only flaw was that the shower water pressure was quite weak and the temperature was sometimes hard to regulate.
