The location was good. The shower was a problem.

The staff were incredibly sweet. When I was admitted to the hospital they were very helpful! It was sometimes cold at night (but I was also sick).

The location was conveniently close to the centre on foot. During our group trip of seven, we never had hot water for a shower on any day, which was especially unpleasant for the older members, and each time we received a new excuse; the younger receptionist was consistently more empathetic and kind about the issue.
The reception was good. The room was large and comfortable.
