The spot was great, but the air‑con failed for one night.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, outside the city center’s noise yet only a 5‑minute walk to the S. Stae stop. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped. Claudio’s service was excellent, attentive at all times.

The location was great, the room clean, comfortable, and air‑conditioned, and the host was communicative. Nothing was missing—everything matched expectations!

The place is spotless and well maintained, and the owner is genuinely kind. It sits in a charming part of the city that truly reflects Venetian life, with great restaurants and bars just next to the apartment, and the Rialto is about a 10‑minute walk through narrow lanes past shops and eateries. A hidden bonus is the water bus stop only 100 m away at the end of the street, with no bridges to cross when lugging luggage. The lines go to the airport, train station, and along the canal to St Mark’s Square, making travel a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. The only minor note is that a second suitcase stand in the room would be nice, but otherwise the property is lovely.
