Greetings. Sorry for the late review. The reception staff were very helpful. The location is strategic for those heading to the new airport, and it’s close to the new town mall, oil shops, and eateries. The room was pretty and comfortable. God willing, I’ll book here again next time. Ramadan greetings and happy Eid. ♥️♥️♥️
“Biasa aja gak terlalu istimewa”
Kids can relax and splash around in the pool, which was fairly quiet at first because there weren’t many guests. The breakfast menu was extremely simple, offering only traditional items like lontong, rice, noodles, rice porridge, meatballs, bread, cakes, plus some fruit, and everything was overly salty to the point of being inedible.
“Adequate and comfortable”
Breakfast was average—there weren’t many options, but it was enough. The room was fine and the air conditioner worked well. The staff shouldn’t be gossiping at a table while guests are having breakfast in the restaurant. Please smile more at the restaurant; it would make the room feel livelier.

Good location, a bit hard to find near the airport (5 min). One night is plenty; you can’t expect luxury, but the effort to keep it clean is evident. The space is very generous. Everything about price‑performance is fine—this is Sumatra, not New York, so it’s okay. Thanks to the staff for staying open at night for my late arrival; everything was smooth. My driver was also allowed to stay overnight. Thank you.

Cozy place with kind staff, short grab ride from everywhere and very plentiful breakfast. only minor thing for me was the fact that window didn't open/there wasn't a way to air out the room so it got clammy at times. Probably not an issue for shorter stays but we stayed for 2 weeks
