The environment is pleasant and quiet. The maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are lacking. The photos of the apartment are perfect and do not represent the actual condition at all. The place is more suitable for 6 people.

The physical space delivers what the photos show. Guests are poorly received: the apartment has the heating turned off in the middle of winter. There is no support to solve problems. No response yet (48 h after requests for help). Hot water is insufficient for two quick showers and there is no internet.

The apartment has good areas and comfortable beds. To access the apartment we had to pick up the key at another address, which is impractical for travelers with children who are unfamiliar with the city.

The location is very close to Disney Park. The house is comfortable. The hair dryer didn’t work. Also, after a day of walking around Paris, we had to walk almost 1 km to pick up the keys at a collection point and return them there.

The location is good – close to the shopping centre, Disneyland, bus stop and motorway. The wardrobe door was broken, you shower on a boiler but there is no information or instructions beforehand, and the tap/bath‑shower head did not work properly. The remote had no batteries, dishes were still in the dishwasher, the cutting board was already broken before our stay, the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke mainly in the toilet, the dining table/ chairs and walls had scratches and were worn, the owner was hard to reach. There was also no trash bin to dispose of rubbish outside the apartment, so we had to bring it with us when leaving. More instructions on using the apartment facilities would definitely be welcome.
