I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The hot water wasn't working on the first night, and by the next day, there was no water at all. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't have a pool, which was something I was looking forward to. When I left, I didn't receive a refund, which seemed unfair given the issues I experienced.
