The rooms were relatively clean. The breakfast experience was rather disappointing; the variety of food is quite limited and could be significantly improved, especially for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the cleanliness and service in the breakfast area need more attention. Tables are often left uncleared after guests finish and leave, which creates an unpleasant impression and makes it difficult for arriving guests to find a clean place to sit. More frequent table cleaning and a wider, better‑quality breakfast selection would considerably improve the overall experience.

The location is good. My lock didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t work. I checked out after the first night, and one month later I’m still trying to get a refund for the rest of my booking.

The location is good for walking to all the city’s main sights. The free gym next door is great and well equipped. The breakfast is very tasty. When we checked in, we received the room key. When we later arrived in the room, it had not been cleaned and the previous guest’s food was still on the table. Unfortunately, there was no hand soap in the room.

I liked the breakfast and the location, but my partner’s room was a mess with previous guests’ drinks and trash left out, which was really unpleasant. The air‑conditioning didn’t work, so I had to call staff. When checking out, the front desk made a mistake with the payment method, and although they offered a solution, the manager called me later saying the solution was unacceptable because the front desk was new, and forced me to pay with a different card. He threatened to contact the embassy and police if I didn’t pay immediately, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never stay here again.

“Room is big, windows view is great. Breakfast is just ok but restaurant is beautiful.”

The place was in a good spot and convenient, but the air‑conditioning was terrible, it was hot, and even after calling several times nobody tried to fix it.
