The front desk folks were super friendly and went out of their way to help. The only downside was the bed – it was way too soft for my taste, but that’s just a personal thing.

The place is in a perfect spot – a short walk to the train station and light rail, plus loads of tasty food and drinks nearby. The back entrance felt a bit sketchy, so I was glad to have my partner with me.

The team was incredibly helpful, even warning us about construction next door and suggesting we arrive after 3 pm. My husband, who uses a wheelchair, accessed the hotel via the courtyard ramp, and we were upgraded to a larger room that was spotless and comfy. The only thing that didn’t hit the mark was the continental breakfast – not my cup of tea.
