Location is not easy to find, and maintenance was not good, quality of room is very bad

I checked in late and the staff were super helpful, which was a big plus. The room was small but spotless and had a comfy bed, so that was a win. However, the noise from the street was pretty loud, especially in the evenings, and the air conditioning unit was a bit too loud too. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but I'd probably look elsewhere next time for a quieter stay.

“wonderfull”

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street kept me up most of the night. The room itself was clean and tidy, but a bit on the smaller side. On the plus side, the non-veg dishes at the in-house restaurant were really tasty, but the quality of the rest of the food could have been better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not exactly what I was expecting.

The staff at this hotel really made our stay special. From the housekeeping team to the reception, everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Rakesh, Rahul, Rana, and Babul were just a few of the staff members who stood out for their exceptional service - they even helped us with a few special requests. Overall, the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere made up for any minor issues we encountered.

“well done value for money”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, considering the mixed reviews I'd read beforehand. The spread of the buffet was actually pretty reasonable, with a decent selection of dishes to choose from. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions or provide assistance. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day, which was a nice touch.
