1. There was no parking at all despite I chose this property because of FREE PARKING. I was sent to a paid by me parking some 300 meters away. 2. I was Provided one small and one normal room despite booking 2 rooms. 3. Entrance was on backside after passing through a restaurant. 4. The wash basin was cooked and could not use it for even hand wash. 5. Bad kitchen smell in staircase. 6. Owner and staff could not speak either Thai OR good English. .just bad luck and bad stay despite I never expect much

The location was fine. To reach the room you had to pass through a kebab shop, and the bathroom pipes were leaking.

The room was clean, the housekeeper was very welcoming and helpful, and she gave great recommendations.
