“Hotel espectacular muy céntrico”
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and comfortable, spotless, modern, and the staff were great. Breakfast was truly exceptional, probably one of the best selections we’ve ever had, and we enjoyed an outstanding city view. The location is unbeatable.

The staff were wonderful, the location excellent, the breakfast was full and mostly Asian but very tasty. The room felt very old‑fashioned.
Hôtel central et proche d'une station de métro. J'ai mis la note de 8 car malgré d'excellente prestation Taille de la chambre Équipement top Petit déjeuner excellent Propreté impeccable Belle vue du bar au dernier étage de l'hôtel, et les prix sont raisonnables Excellent rapport qualité-prix La formation du personnel est à revoir. Cet hôtel se revendique comme un 5 étoiles et de par les prestations, cela est mérité. Néanmoins le personnel à l'accueil ne parle pas très bien anglais. Plutôt étonnant pour ce type d'hôtel Ensuite le personnel du petit déjeuner lui non plus ne parle pas anglais et ont une fâcheuse habitude de vous débarrasser sans que vous ayez fini. Malgré l'horaire très intéressant (6h30-13h30). Si vous arrivez au-delà de 10h00 le choix est plus restreint. Un gros effort est à faire sur la formation linguistique et de service du personnel pour pouvoir se targuer d'être un hôtel 5 étoiles
