Room no 301,bathroom and room too smoll Stay was not comfortable. Room service is very poor. Todays breakfast is very slowly services and not much items only poori and Bhaji with 2 more item not fast services very lazy staff at Restaurent on the breakfast time. Reseption staff is very good and helping Food is very tasty velue for money

The staff at this hotel were completely unhelpful and dishonest. We booked a room a month in advance, but when I arrived at 4am, they told me it wasn't confirmed. I was left standing there with my wife, feeling like we'd been lied to. The staff were rude and uncooperative, and when we tried to call them to sort out the issue, they didn't even bother to pick up the phone. Needless to say, I wouldn't trust these people with anything.

This hotel has its ups and downs, but the staff really made our stay special. They were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions we had. The rooms were a bit small, but they were spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great, but the noise from the street outside was a bit of a problem, especially at night. Overall, the staff's warm hospitality made up for the hotel's minor flaws.

I've had a great time staying here, and the hospitality has been top-notch. The staff have been super friendly and welcoming, just like you'd expect from a hotel. I've had a really positive experience so far, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again whenever I'm in Amritsar. It's become my go-to hotel in the city.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's right in the heart of the city, so you're just a short walk from all the main attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late and they still managed to get me sorted. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The real highlight, though, was the breakfast - the food was absolutely delicious and there was a great selection to choose from.
