The house feels sweet, rustic, and pleasant in a quiet area isolated from the main street of Washisht, yet it is a 250‑meter walk from everything. The balcony view shows the Baïse River, green hills, and polished peaks. The room was comfortable and sufficient for a family with three young children (two wide double beds). The owners are charming and very helpful, but if they’re not present, the staff seem less eager to assist. We stayed in a two‑floor room; the railing to the upper floor was unsafe, and the upper part had a wide keyhole.

The guesthouse sits perfectly—accessible from the main road but not directly on it, and easy to walk to the main temple and the hot springs. The view is excellent, and the river’s sound is constant.

The cottage’s vibe is great. The staff are good and keep to themselves when you want them to.
