The kids’ room opened at 8 am, letting the little ones play and have a blast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the layout varied by room and ours led straight to a steep staircase as soon as the door opened, making it a nightmare to lug luggage upstairs and far too risky for the children to go down alone.

The reception team were very friendly, and both the housekeeping and public‑area staff behaved politely. The bathroom offered only a single towel rack and the sink area just one coat hanger, which made it hard to store towels and clothes for four people; there’s no kitchen, and during the typhoon we could only heat microwave meals in the communal area.

Our kids loved the trampoline and never got bored during the stay. Unfortunately, the laundry near the ping‑pong hall emitted an overpowering detergent scent that made passing by unbearable, so a fragrance‑free detergent would be preferable in shared spaces.

The space, breakfast, and location were all great. It was noisy, so perhaps they should better separate the rooms; not everything was occupied.
