The location is great and offers good value. The décor is modern and welcoming. The fridge‑freezer was missing, as was a bottle of water.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the city center, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. However, the parking situation was a nightmare - it was either super difficult or ridiculously expensive. We also had to climb a million stairs to get to our room, and the desk chair was a bit wonky. To top it off, there was no complimentary water in the room, which was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. That's about all I can say, to be honest - there wasn't much else to complain about.
