Peaceful, natural surroundings, and the area is lovely. The facilities were very basic and outdated, giving us a hospital‑like feel, and the smell matched that vibe.

The location was good and the accommodation pleasant, but… The reception staff were unhelpful, a bathroom odor lingered, a room change request was denied, and the repairman didn’t arrive until the next day—very frustrating! Breakfast was the same every day, nothing special.

“Hezký, moderně vybavený hotel v samém centru lázní.”

The hotel was very clean, pleasant, and newly renovated, located almost beside the promenade. Breakfast at the nearby central dining hall was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly. If it weren’t for the fairly frequent barking of pets in neighboring rooms, the stay would have been perfect.

The quietness of the accommodation, the terrace, and the entire complex were great for relaxing. For us mountain bikers, the highlight was the easy access to the SingleTrek Trail nearby.
